And hope turned its back on me.
When you walked out through the door,
Leaving me crumbled on the floor.
Now, it’s just me and my tears;
A heart latched on memories of bygone years.
The birds dance; the leaves flutter.
But all my heart yearns,
Is the kiss of the Reaper.
For Death will liberate me,
From this pain and agony.
Then on the day of Salvation,
